                I Have Hairfall.
     Causes, Solution and Prevention

So we all eagerly wish to permenantly stop hairfall, but it wont stop until you decide to live the careful life of hair health chores, let's get to the reasons first.

Why do I have Hairfall ?

Hairfall can have various reasons but it's not necessary that hairfall comes with reasons. Let's take an example, a cat keeps losing it's hair everywhere it goes. Does that mean the cat is'nt having enough green healthy vegetables ? So it's obvious that hairfall is a common part of our lives, it's normal to lose 50-100 strands of your hair a day. But if you're losing more hair than that, it gets serious.

                       Your Diet

If you lack iron in your diet, you will probably lose ALOT of hair ! Iron plays an important role on how your hair are, it could also lead to Anemia, a disease due to Iron defficiency which takes hairfall as a part of it.

Not eating enough protien will lead you to hairloss. Protien builds everything your body needs, let it be your muscles or your hair ! Protien is an absolutely important source for the best built hair ! Eat more meats, beans, protien rich foods

If you take Vitamin pills that are for growing hair and nails, watchout. Vitamin pills can have too much of Vitamin A in them, which will lead to excessive hairloss. Too much of anything is bad for you, you might not know it but check on the pills intake of Vitamin A you consume ! Decrease it and see if your hairfall lessens.

                  Losing Weight

If you suddenly start to lose weight and stop eating, there are many unusual things that will affect your beauty, which includes your hair. Losing too much weight by starving alot leads to alot of hairloss, as you start to leave your body with the minimum amount of food to distribute all around. Not eating enough calories and being underweight will also affect your hair health VERY much. If you don't eat right, forget about good hair.

            Being on your Period

When you're on your period, you might experience alot of moodswings and unusual feelings ! As your body loses many things along with your blood. Mainly which is the hormone levels that change and lead you to hairloss, also we have estrogen ( helps hair grow thick and healthy ) which in turn you lose during your period and leading your hair to thin out without the estrogen

           Hairstyles You Carry

This is one of the main reasons of hairloss. If you are a person who likes the tidy feeling of keeping your hair tied all the time, you might go through hairloss alot. Tying your hair in a tight ponytail, a tight braid or ANYTHING that keeps your scalp pulled by it's tightness, will break alot of your hair ! When you tightly tie your hair, your scalp is pulled for too long and your hair strands that are pulling the scalp lose it's strength to pull it for too long, and eventually they break. Remember, tight hairstyles = hairfall.

             Showers and bathing

Now this is very imortant ! How you take a shower affects your hair ALOT. When your hair are completely wet, they become heavy by all the water they have in them, and that causes your hair to become wet and straight ! Imagine the weight your hair are carrying which is causing them to be straight or down ? And if you leave your hair down and do hair flips in the shower with wet hair, they lose their strength and won't be able to hold on to your scalp with all the weight while you'r flaunting with your hairflips, eventually they break. And we start to believe it's normal to lose hair in the shower ! Ofcourse it's normal if we normally repeat what breaks them !

After a shower, you brush your wet hair, while they become so sensitive with the heavy amount of water they carry already, plus you're pulling them with a comb ! Don't you think you will lose more than enough hair like that ? This plays a very important role.

How do I Stop Hairfall ?

Like I mentioned all the reasons, stopping hairfall is all about following those reasons ! First comes your diet

                  Eating Right

Eat more Iron, found in green leafy vegetables, Cereals, Raisins

Eat more Protiens, found in fish, eggs, meat, yogurt

Eat the right Vitamins for you ! Vitamin B ( poultry, meat, eggs ) Vitamin E ( Olive Oil, seeds, nuts ) Vitamin C ( Orange juice, Citrus fruits )

                   Lose Hairstyles

Stick to more lose hairstyles

Loose braids will keep your hair tidy and safe from falling

You can go for any hairstyle but make sure it's not pulling your hairstrands from your scalp !

                         Showers

When your hair are wet, don't let them hang freely with all the weight of the water that's keeping them pulled from your scalp, don't do hairflips in the shower ! Make sure your hair are resting on your shoulders while they're wet.

Don't brush your hair after the shower at all, let them get damp atleast. Don't twist hair in the towel while they're wet, instead leave them resting against your shoulders with a towel onn to soak out the water. When they get damp, continue your airdry or blowdry routine.

How do I avoid Hairfall ?

Now you might be doing everything above in order to reduce hairfall but still seem to have it, here's what you can try to avoid it.

Don't shampoo daily ! Your scalp's moisture will fade away causing hairloss as the moisture in your scalp keeps it balanced. Too much shampoo will dry it out leaving a drought in your head

Shower every 2-3 days ! The best balance your scalp can get, if you have an oily scalp shower in 2 days. If you leave your hair for more than 3 days without a shower, all of your scalps oil will accumulate itself and cause your hair to fall out. Remember, a soggy soil can never grow plants, it has to be balanced ! It's similar with your hair, keep your scalp balanced !

Oil your hair to get nature's benefits. Heat  natural raw oil, let it be Coconut, Almond or Olive oil. Depending on the favor you want, e.g ( Coconut Oil for Shiny hair, Olive Oil for growth ) and let your scalp absorb it in ! Remember one thing, it's not important to grease out all your hair unless you're looking for a natural hair conditioner. The main thing that's holding all your hair is your scalp, and that's what needs these essential oils the most.
With your fingers, rub some oil on your scalp.

While you oil your hair, I recommend you massage in circular motions to also boost blood circulation in your head, which will help boost hair health and decrease hairfall.

Excersizing keeps your blood reaching to all the parts of your body. When you excersize, or practice yoga; your heart beat level raises and your blood is pumped faster, therefore it goes everywhere in your body and so your head. Fresh blood in your head stimulates the hair growth and health, your scalp will always be in a better condition if you excersize ! Personally speaking I skip rope 250 times 3 days of a week to boost stamina but it also helps my hair condition alot better

We all want clear smoothe skin and a neat feeling of needing no foundation ! Right? Is'nt it supposed to be like that, but it does'nt happen because there are things you'r doing that are affecting your skin without you knowing it ! Here are 5 things to NOT to and take good care of your skin♕

                       Sleeping♡

If you'r sleeping on your chest, you're making a great mistake ! Skin and hair are very much affected by what you sleep on and how you sleep. When you sleep on your chest, which you can call sleeping on your face;  you are pressing against your face that causes the skin to be more prone to getting wrinkles ! The cotton's texture is rough against your sensitive skin so make sure you're using silk pillow covers.

Always try to sleep on your back, as we humanbeings are like a shapeable clay doll, this is proven by the tradition in China where footbinding ( binding the feet of a girl tightly when she's younger, which does'nt let them grow anymore ) Also, you might have heard of face yoga that daily excersizes which help shape your face. Similarly every night you are sleeping on your face, you'r creating the wrinkled texture.

Always use neat pillow covers ! When you'r hibernating and a face sleeper, you're allowing the bacteria to get in the skin while your skin tries to recover. So avoid dirty pillowcases and sleep on your back to prevent immature Skin aging !

                      Sweating ♡

Whatever reason, house chores or excersizing or being a workaholic, you should NEVER let your skin dry when it's sweaty. Sweat comes out when your skin pores are open, and the sweat that comes out on skin with makeup onn ? It basically blends with makeup, and when you're letting that dry out on it's own, the open skin pores are absorbing back the sweat along with the makeup product qualities on your face. Even when you have no makeup onn, any sort of dirt or bacteria on it could blend with your sweat and get absorbed back in !
Always wipe your sweat away with a tissue or hankie, and if you are'nt wearing makeup, take the advantage of your open pores and use a cleanser to wash your face perfectly. Also if you're a trainer who hits the gym, wear less makeup as you don't want that to get absorbed !

                          Facials

If you have enough time, go for facials that benefit you getting those dead skin cells removed. This is my experience; I went about a month without exfoliating my skin as I had acne growing on my skin which made it hurt to rub and exfoliate my skin. My skin turned out to become rough and very unhealthy looking. Once in a while always get those dead cells removed, get facials done and exfoliate but just sometimes. Exfoliation helps these dead cells out and also because of the gentle scrubbing it helps bring fresh blood on your face, giving you the healthy glow.
Do NOT go for discounted facials at beauty salons. This is about your face so be ready to spend as much pennies you can ! Usually discounted facials at beauty salons are because either their products are about to be expired or either they are already expired ! Your skin is going to feel so beautiful after these facials but suddenly the absorbed products that they used on you brings the outcome of breakouts and destruction !
Always check and try asking for the products being used on you as you know what suits you best.

              You Are What You Eat♡


Going for that, you've heard this alot. This quote does'nt specify you're a potatoe if you eat the potatoe, it actually is the simple understanding of how the food you eat will benefit your body, skin and hair.
Eating healthy is a VERY important step for a youthful skin. Eat more fruits and green veggies. Rather than making pastes of yogurt to cover your skin, consume it ! Your body naturally distributes the food you eat and it's qualities where they belong. Consuming the food effects better than masking it all over.
Drink fresh smoothies, consume more vitamin C , found in Fresh Orange Juice, apples. Omega 3 Fatty Acids, which help boost the skin collagen. It is found in Fish, which is good for both skin and hair ! Consume beetroot Juice, as beetroot itself is an antioxidant that the skin needs for  radiance. Add tomatoes to your food and salads, they have great qualities for keeping your skin pores closed and protect the skinlayer. Consume fresh berries, strawberries and blueberries to get the right antioxidants to benefit your skin with

                   Cut Out Sugars ♡


How hard it is to live without chocolates ? We all know that ! But this might make you completely cut out all your sweet intake just like I did. Eating too much of sweet can cause your skin to wrinkle. The process that takes place while this happens is Glycation, where the sugars you eat is broken down and distributed. These sugars start bonding themselves with the protein molecules which are also present in your skin, holding it tight with the elastin and firmer with Collagen. When these sugars are bonded with protein molecules, your elastin and collagen starts to get affected which in return causes the skin to sag itself and get wrinkled.
If you'r craving something for your sweettooth, go for dark chocolate. The bitter taste with the lack of sweetness actually helps your skin, which is why we have many facemasks and facts about benefits of dark chocolate.

                    What I use and How

Clarins↠
Clarins is one amazing makeup brand I have experienced ! From foundations to everything ! Except their eyeliner I would'nt actually recommend. The one I use is Truly Matte Foundation (light buffering) And I must say it's very smoothe to get on, very light and it feels like a freshface. I've used this while I had pimples and one coverage of this foundation was enough to hide them.



Chanel↠
I use Sunscreen Fluid Makeup by Chanel, it's pretty oily and it gets too sticky aswell but the look is amazing ! It's obviously sunscreen based so it has to feel abit oily and feels like a skin moisturizer but theres a way to keep it light and beautiful that I have shared below on how I use these



Clinique↠
From Clinique I use Superbalanced Makeup Teint and it's a real perfector for my skin. This is the first foundation I apply on my skin in my entire foundation routine because it's like a base for me to give me the flawless begining.




Elizabeth Arden↠
I use their Mineral Powder Foundation (pffc102) and it will make your skin so matte ! Also buffing up the skin at the same time. I have'nt been into powder foundations because they don't conceal as much as liquid foundations but this really is Amazing



♕What I do♕

⇴Like I said, firstly I base the face with my powder foundation to get rid of my skin's oil and moisture, then with my Clinique foundation that I have named above, I usually use my fingers to dab on in little amounts and I Do NOT rub it like a moisturizer, noone should ! Dabbing in little amounts and smoothing in a downward direction until you have perfected it all over your face. It's either Clinique or Clarins for my base 

⇴Now Clinique foundation is pretty liquidy and abit oily, so I'll be using my Elizabeth Arden Mineral Powder Foundation. I love how it comes out only as much as you want because sometimes the brush gets filled with too much powder. This gives me a truly flawless Matte look

⇴After that, I add my Chanel sunscreen makeup fluid, just a little amount for the entire face and yes, again applying it like foundation; not rubbing it all up like sunscreen. This spf foundation is also pretty oily and liquidy but when I apply it on my matte face, it blends in and the oilyness fades away by the powder, leaving just enough to give my skin the right glow.

So this is my daytime Foundation Routine for the light and flawless look. Listed out my favorite foundations I use on daily basis

Tanning/Whitening Your Body

     Self Tanning and Self Whitening

 We have so many products these days to help us add some colour in our skins, a glow on our faces and some beauty in ourselves, but they also take time to perfecting them. Would you actually spend an hour perfectly applying a tan spray all over yourself that costs more than your favorite food ? Or spend an hour whitening your skin all over trying to get the glow using a Vaseline whitening lotion ? Let's make this a faster application with this DIY Body Makeup ! 


 Self Whitening


This is simple but temoporary, atleast for a few hours. You just take your favorite body moisturizer or lotion, and now the colour has to be added in it. For which you can use baby powder, or any sort of whitening talcum powder. Adding just the amount to cover up enough, also adding as much as you want to whiten. Just blend that with your body lotion and it becomes a DIY whitening Body Cream ! It will stay onn depending on your skin type, as your skin absorbs the lotion the colour is what's left onn. 

 Self Tanning



Similar to Self Whitening you just grab your favorite body moisturizer or lotion and add Cocoa powder in it. Just the amount, as much as you want the tan. I recommend Cocoa Powder as not only does it tan temporarily but also leaves you smelling deliciously like Cocoa. This is a great alternate to using Tanning sprays, creating a look that Sally Hansen's leaves on you, you can also use any other kitchen ingredient but I believe Cocoa the best.

Plumped Lips Tricks

What I did 
                      Taking a shot sized glass, let it just be a glass, a foundation bottle cap or any size of cap that your lips can fit in. You just fit your lips in and let them suffocate in that cap/glass. Eliminating the air from inside the cap and deoxigynating your lips, sucking on the cap to keep the air from getting in. This causes the lips to swell abit causing no pain, it's like a DIY plumping effect that you get by lip injections. 
                     WARNING ! Do not do this for too long as it endup leaving marks on your face depending on the glass or cap you use with it's hard edges. Also once you do this your lips will keep increasing in size so don't overdo this with the greed for big luscious lips. Max 5-10minutes !

What I did Next
Using a lipliner, I lined only the top and bottom of my lips from the middle to create a plumped look, if I lined by the sides my lips would have more width over volume. It depends on your lipshape how you line to get the luscious look !
Next I took my Lord&Berry lipstick shade, and fully covered in the lips. Adding in it Ysl gloss for the radiant effect, gloss adds plumpiness. And Voila ! 💋 I'm ready with my beauts

Oh and also, wearing a nude shade enhances the illussion of big lips but I went for Red according to my mood
