So it's hard to findout what shape your eye really is and what type of colours and styles of makeup would be suitable for you. So let's make it easier for you guys! Going on the shapes of eyes first, and then finding out your shape. After that, we'll get to the part of Eyemakeup styles that are suitable for a certain shape. Then, we'll get to what colours will do the trick! So let's get to it ➡

Protruding Eyes

Protruding is termed as bulged eyes, in other words eyes that are large. These eyes will have lids that can be seen, although they're large but the lids will not be hidden and rather be able to be seen even when the eyes are wide open. The eyes seem to be bulging out, and the eyeballs are visible with their eyeball shape, the effect looks swollen which is why these eyes are largely beautiful.

Deep Set Eyes

Now these eyes are large, but different from protruding eyes. You can tell the difference as Deep Set eyes have a lid half seen and half hidden because of their largeness, the difference is that you cannot see their eyeball shape as these eyes are'nt bulging out like Protruding eyes, but the eyeballs of these eyes look flat as they are very much inside the eye hole. The eyelid is barely seen and the brow bone is more visible. You certainly have Deepset eyes when you have to close them to apply your eyeliner

Almond Eyes

When you look at an almond, you see how balanced the shape is. Not too big, not too small. The shape is abit round with a little length as well, these eyes are shaped just like almonds! Almond eyes can be easly to apply makeup on following the shape

Monolid Eyes

These eyes are deep but not large, the lid of these eyes is hard to be seen whether the eyes are open or not. These eyes barely have a crease to draw on and it can be hard to apply makeup following the shape. The advantage of these eyes is that ANY look can be created on them! Drawing the crease, creating a lasheline below the original, these eyes are fun to create new looks with

Hooded Eyes

These eyes are neither too big nor too small, you can tell if you have these eyes by seeing the eyelid to flat as it falls on to the upper lashline. The lid of these eyes is quite puffed and the eyes look deep. Hooded eyes can be seen on specific people

Down Turned Eyes




These eyes look as if they're going in a downward direction. The ends of these eyes will be below the corner of the eyes (starting from tearduct) , they might be any shape mentioned above but rather in a downward position.They are quite similar to hooded eyes

Upturned Eyes

The bottom lashline of these eyes will be going in an upward direction, like it is being pulled upwards. These eyes are naturally Cat Eye shaped. They might be of any shape mentioned above but directing an upwards curve.

Close Set Eyes

You might carry any shape mentioned above but if the eyes are close to eachother or very close to your nose then you have close set eyes.

Wide Set Eyes


Opposite of Close Set Eyes, if your eyes are far apart from eachother and theres a large gap between them, they're far from your nose. That means you have Wide Set eyes, they can be any shape but rather far.

Also, as these eyes are large adding black eyepencil in both the lashlines and smudged eyeliner ( second picture ) pulls off a really catchy look for protruding eyes!

Protruding eyes can pull off any eyeshadow look! But they look the best with 'Cut Crease Eyeshadow' ( second picture ) That is because as these eyes have their lid very much shown, it suits the shape. Protruding eyes rock dark smokey looks, and also matte eyeshadow crease with a simple eyeliner; looks really gorgeous


Deep Set Eyes
 Eyeliners for You 
Notice that celebrities with Deep set eyes like 'Megan Fox' and 'Angelina Jolie', would rarely wear thick eyeliner. That is because deep set eyes have a lid that can't easily be seen, avoid thick eyeliner as it will just further make the eye look tiny.
However, start your eyeliner from the middle and further extend the wing. Deep set eyes are more beautiful that way

Deep set eyes can rock dark crease looks ! A shimmery eyeshadow would enhance the details. Adding light coloured eyeshadow on the corner of your eyes will enhance the shape's beauty. Deep set eyes can rock smokey looks really well, but make sure the corners start with light shadows so your eyes don't look squinched! Avoid full black smokey eyes


Almond Eyes

Almond eyes are amazing to try arabic eyeliner on! As your eyes are round and have width at the same time, and also the lid is pretty prominent; so full Arabic eyeliner from top to bottom would suit the shape very well. Almond eyes can rock even a simple eyeliner look as they're already round and beautiful. Winged eyeliner would also be great! These eyes can basically rock any eyeliner look

As the lid of Almond eyes are'nt hidden by the eye's depth, almond eyed people can try 'Cut Crease' looks. These would look beautiful as the shape suits the creativity to be seen. Monolid eyes can follow the shape of their eye when applying eyeliner whilst making sure the eyeliner's wing is stretched in order to make the eye look bigger. Monolids can have fun playing with long winged eyeliner styles as their lid's are'nt giving them a limit and they get to choose where to create their crease. Thick or thin, just make sure the eyeliner wing is long

Like mentioned above, Monolid eyes can create ANY look! This is because they get to create their own crease which will look like a lid starting, monolids can turn their eyes into any shape as their natural eyeshape allows them to. Other than that, if you want to follow your own shape just do so. These eyes can rock any look! But make sure you don't go for full dark eyes as that will make them look really small!


Hooded Eyes
 Eyeliners for You 

Hooded eyes have puffy lids so the brow bone falls onto them, so simple eyeliner would look gorgeous. If you're going for winged eyeliner; try making a small wing
That is because a long wing would make the eye's shape look unbalanced as it's hooded already. Hooded eyes look amazingly sexy when applied black eyeliner in the waterline and beneath the lashline! See how Jennifer Lawrence wears it in the first two pictures on her hooded eyes

 Eyeshadows for You 
Hooded eyes can make their eyes look abit extended by wearing light eyeshadows in the corners of the eyes. Brown shades and dark shades can be applied following the natural shape of the eye, or making a 'Cat Eye' shape; making sure it starts from the mid; Incase If your eyes are small they don't look tiny! Wearing dark shades on the bottom of lashline creates a bold chic look for hooded eyes!


Down Turned Eyes

Notice that most celebrities with downturned eyes never do the stretched Wing Eyeliner, because of the eye shape the eyeliner might look unbalanced and rather not winged.

See how Avril Lavigne rocks the look with smudge eyeliner and dark smokey eyes? That is a  gorgeous choice. Downward eyes might not really be suited with a wing but surely dark and smokey colours will do that bold beauty eye.


Upturned Eyes

These eyes are the perfect shape for long winged eyeliner. The easiest way to get the sexiest look is to follow the shape of your eye. Either you wear thick liner, thin liner, simple or winged liner, anything suits!

These are the ideal eyes for 'Cat Eye Makeup' and 'Arabian Eyes' makeup. Light Colours or dark colours, anything suits. But also look at the fact if your eyes are wide set or close set, that should be the only limit to prevent any sort of unsuitable makeup; explained below!

As you can see, Nancy Ajram has close set eyes. Eventhough she's Arabian; she never extends her eyeliner any further from her eye's corners like most Arabian looks do; as this will mess the beauty of the look and the eyes will look too close. Apply your eyeliner anyhow but keep it off the corners of your eyes

 Eyeshadows for You 

Any look suits! Either it's dark smokey eye or simple nude eyeshadow. Just make sure the corners of your eyes have light eyeshadow on them so the eyes look far from eachother. With the ends of your eyes you can play however you want! Try 'Cut Crease' eyeshadow for a more gorgeous look, or 'Cat Eye' extending the shadows just like in the picture.


Wide Set Eyes
 Eyeliners for You 
These eyes have no limits to makeup styles as they can try on any eyeliner look, that is because there is much space to play around on. Wide eyes can rock a simple eyeliner look, anyhow if you want your eyes to look abit closer, wear black or dark eyeliner on the corners of your eyes and further extend it.

 Eyeshadows for You 
From Nudes to Browns to Dark, Wide set eyes don't carry a limit. Although you might want to look at the shape of your eyes to see what you should keep at limit.

So ladies, we have all been a fan of thick, luscious,super long hair that makes them say goddamn I WANT THAT! From the ancient times till this modern day era, long hair have been in fashion. Well, what's rare will always remain wanted, long hair are'nt something just anyone can get, it takes either genes, supercare or the right treatments! So let's get to that part.

① How do Hair Grow?
Hair are made of protien, the protien is specifically called Keratin. The keratins inside your scalp/skin are being collected causing each hair follicle to be created. Everytime new cells are produced under those follicles; the old dead keratin hair cells are being pushed out to create space for the new ones. The dead cells that are being pushed out, are what we call hair. Hair are actually strings of dead Keratin cells, and if you have fast hair growth it means you have a great diet providing you with the protiens that includes keratin to grow.

② What To Do for Hairgrowth
It all depends on how you eat and treat, regardless of your genes. Some of the things you can do here will help your keratin activity to grow more. On average hair grow about half an inch or a quarter in a month, and in a year 5-6 inches. But following these tips might help hair growth faster! »»

➠ Eat More Protien
Like explained in the beginning, it all starts with Protien. No protien, no keratins, no deadcells, no Hair! So make sure you eat more fish, redmeats, chicken, nuts, eggs. 


➠ Excersize Often
Boosting your bloodflow will get your hair growth to get active ! Excersize causes heartbeats to fasten and therefore bloodflow to rise, causing healthy benefits that include increase in stamina and also your hair


➠ Brush & Massage
Brushing your hair will stimulate bloodflow in your scalp, for better hairgrowth you need a healthy scalp! If your scalp is sensitive, dry and irritated; then you will probably go through alot of hairfall and hairgrowth will be hard. Massage oils onto your scalp atleast once a week and brush your hair regularly. Your scalp needs refreshment, because if the only thing you treat your scalp with is shampoo, then it will eventually become sensitive and dry as you take away it's original moisture. You need to moisturize your scalp just like soil needs fertilizers to grow plants quicker and healthier! So don't forget to brush and massage hot oils

➠ Avoid Hairbreakage
If your hair keep breaking, you'll lose the hair that you worked on to grow them for years! It's more than just a hairloss. Losing those long strands might be normal as keratin dead cells that create the hair follicle might have it's on lifecycle; yes! Hairgrowth of each strand of yours does'nt imortantly need to stay there forever. Just as soon as it's lifecycle ends, the strand falls. But another usual reason is carelessness. ③ Treatments You can Follow
Some of the hair treatments and regimens you can follow to boost hairgrowth 

Growth Hair Masks

Onion Juice

Onion juice has proven to boost hairgrowth as well as stop hairfall. Heres what you can do, 
chop the amount of onions that can fit in your hair length and use a juicer/blender to extract out the juice. Apply it on your scalp for about 30minutes. Rinse it off with water!
Onions can make us cry more than when that naked pallete falls into peices, so another trick you can follow is boil chopped onions in water. Seperate the onions and use that water to rinse your hair after shampoo! Although your hair might catch the smell, but it's worth the growth so do it on weekends.

Beetroot Juice


Beetroot is itself is an antioxidant, and is super beneficial for both hair growth and hairfall. Heres what you can do!
Use a juicer to extract out beetroot juice enough to fit your scalp. Now this is a growth mask, so covering the hair won't do anything, so it should be applied on where the hair grows; that is your scalp! Adding a little garlic will add a boost, apply it on your scalp for about 20-30minutes and wash off!

Potatoe Juice


Potatoe has all that what your hair might be missing, which is Vitamin C, B6 and Fibre. Heres what you can do,
Extract out the potatoe juice using a juicer, apply it raw on your scalp; other than that you can also add eggyolk and lemon in it for a super boost but I prefer applying the juice raw. 
You can also use potatoe water ( leaving peeled potatoe slices in water for an hour) to rinse your hair off with after shampoo.

Avacado Mask

Avacado will not only help hairgrowth, but it also makes your hair smoothe and frizz free. Heres what you can do for a mask,
Mash a normal sized avacado, add some olive oil in it to make it enough for your hair length, add some honey or lemon juice. Blend it really well and apply it specially on your scalp and all over your hair. Rinse it off later after about half an hour

Banana Mask

Bananas are natural strengtheners. Either for you or your hair, they're rich in potassium and tryptophan. Heres what you can do,
Mash a banana really well so the peices don't get stuck in your hair. Add olive oil enough to make the mask fit in your hair length. Apply this all over the hair and scalp, this mask will strengthen your hair as well as recover them from any chemical damage.

Henna Mask

Henna is VERY much of a hairgrowth booster. If you use raw henna that will benefit your growth more than the odds. If not, you can mix henna powder with water or olive oil and apply it all over your hair. You'll find henna to be your bestfriend once you see the results, but also note that applying henna will make it hard for your hair to get colour on them

Eggyolk mask

Now we all know of this one; eggyolks provide hair with the required protiens. So heres what you can do,
Either apply the eggyolk raw after enough whisking, or you can add olive oil in it. Leave it on for about 30minutes and wash off with a scented shampoo to get rid of the smell.

Jojoba Oil
Castor Oil
Sesame Oil
Olive Oil
Argan Oil
Rosemary Oil

Oiling once a week is important for your hair, like I mentioned above. Now these oils that I have listed are growth boosters, also remember that real raw oils will show you quicker results. Try finding these oils in their raw form.

④ Foods for Hairgrowth

Remember that without a nutritious diet, you will less likely achieve hairgrowth and more likely go through hairfall. So remember to add these nutritions to your diet that are listed below 

Zinc
Seafood, Beef, Spinach, Pumpkin Seeds, Nuts, Mushrooms, Cocoa Powder

Iron
Pasta, Peas, Green Leafy Vegetables, Beans, Red Meat, Seafood, Chicken

Protien
Tuna, Fish, Chicken, Red meat, Cheese, Beans, Tofu, Yogurt, Milk

Omega3
Nuts, Salmon, Fish, Butternuts, Basil, Oregano, Walnuts, Spinach, Flaxseeds

Biotin

                I Have Hairfall.
     Causes, Solution and Prevention

So we all eagerly wish to permenantly stop hairfall, but it wont stop until you decide to live the careful life of hair health chores, let's get to the reasons first.

Why do I have Hairfall ?

Hairfall can have various reasons but it's not necessary that hairfall comes with reasons. Let's take an example, a cat keeps losing it's hair everywhere it goes. Does that mean the cat is'nt having enough green healthy vegetables ? So it's obvious that hairfall is a common part of our lives, it's normal to lose 50-100 strands of your hair a day. But if you're losing more hair than that, it gets serious.

                       Your Diet

If you lack iron in your diet, you will probably lose ALOT of hair ! Iron plays an important role on how your hair are, it could also lead to Anemia, a disease due to Iron defficiency which takes hairfall as a part of it.

Not eating enough protien will lead you to hairloss. Protien builds everything your body needs, let it be your muscles or your hair ! Protien is an absolutely important source for the best built hair ! Eat more meats, beans, protien rich foods

If you take Vitamin pills that are for growing hair and nails, watchout. Vitamin pills can have too much of Vitamin A in them, which will lead to excessive hairloss. Too much of anything is bad for you, you might not know it but check on the pills intake of Vitamin A you consume ! Decrease it and see if your hairfall lessens.

                  Losing Weight

If you suddenly start to lose weight and stop eating, there are many unusual things that will affect your beauty, which includes your hair. Losing too much weight by starving alot leads to alot of hairloss, as you start to leave your body with the minimum amount of food to distribute all around. Not eating enough calories and being underweight will also affect your hair health VERY much. If you don't eat right, forget about good hair.

            Being on your Period

When you're on your period, you might experience alot of moodswings and unusual feelings ! As your body loses many things along with your blood. Mainly which is the hormone levels that change and lead you to hairloss, also we have estrogen ( helps hair grow thick and healthy ) which in turn you lose during your period and leading your hair to thin out without the estrogen

           Hairstyles You Carry

This is one of the main reasons of hairloss. If you are a person who likes the tidy feeling of keeping your hair tied all the time, you might go through hairloss alot. Tying your hair in a tight ponytail, a tight braid or ANYTHING that keeps your scalp pulled by it's tightness, will break alot of your hair ! When you tightly tie your hair, your scalp is pulled for too long and your hair strands that are pulling the scalp lose it's strength to pull it for too long, and eventually they break. Remember, tight hairstyles = hairfall.

             Showers and bathing

Now this is very imortant ! How you take a shower affects your hair ALOT. When your hair are completely wet, they become heavy by all the water they have in them, and that causes your hair to become wet and straight ! Imagine the weight your hair are carrying which is causing them to be straight or down ? And if you leave your hair down and do hair flips in the shower with wet hair, they lose their strength and won't be able to hold on to your scalp with all the weight while you'r flaunting with your hairflips, eventually they break. And we start to believe it's normal to lose hair in the shower ! Ofcourse it's normal if we normally repeat what breaks them !

After a shower, you brush your wet hair, while they become so sensitive with the heavy amount of water they carry already, plus you're pulling them with a comb ! Don't you think you will lose more than enough hair like that ? This plays a very important role.

How do I Stop Hairfall ?

Like I mentioned all the reasons, stopping hairfall is all about following those reasons ! First comes your diet

                  Eating Right

Eat more Iron, found in green leafy vegetables, Cereals, Raisins

Eat more Protiens, found in fish, eggs, meat, yogurt

Eat the right Vitamins for you ! Vitamin B ( poultry, meat, eggs ) Vitamin E ( Olive Oil, seeds, nuts ) Vitamin C ( Orange juice, Citrus fruits )

                   Lose Hairstyles

Stick to more lose hairstyles

Loose braids will keep your hair tidy and safe from falling

You can go for any hairstyle but make sure it's not pulling your hairstrands from your scalp !

                         Showers

When your hair are wet, don't let them hang freely with all the weight of the water that's keeping them pulled from your scalp, don't do hairflips in the shower ! Make sure your hair are resting on your shoulders while they're wet.

Don't brush your hair after the shower at all, let them get damp atleast. Don't twist hair in the towel while they're wet, instead leave them resting against your shoulders with a towel onn to soak out the water. When they get damp, continue your airdry or blowdry routine.

How do I avoid Hairfall ?

Now you might be doing everything above in order to reduce hairfall but still seem to have it, here's what you can try to avoid it.

Don't shampoo daily ! Your scalp's moisture will fade away causing hairloss as the moisture in your scalp keeps it balanced. Too much shampoo will dry it out leaving a drought in your head

Shower every 2-3 days ! The best balance your scalp can get, if you have an oily scalp shower in 2 days. If you leave your hair for more than 3 days without a shower, all of your scalps oil will accumulate itself and cause your hair to fall out. Remember, a soggy soil can never grow plants, it has to be balanced ! It's similar with your hair, keep your scalp balanced !

Oil your hair to get nature's benefits. Heat  natural raw oil, let it be Coconut, Almond or Olive oil. Depending on the favor you want, e.g ( Coconut Oil for Shiny hair, Olive Oil for growth ) and let your scalp absorb it in ! Remember one thing, it's not important to grease out all your hair unless you're looking for a natural hair conditioner. The main thing that's holding all your hair is your scalp, and that's what needs these essential oils the most.
With your fingers, rub some oil on your scalp.

While you oil your hair, I recommend you massage in circular motions to also boost blood circulation in your head, which will help boost hair health and decrease hairfall.

Excersizing keeps your blood reaching to all the parts of your body. When you excersize, or practice yoga; your heart beat level raises and your blood is pumped faster, therefore it goes everywhere in your body and so your head. Fresh blood in your head stimulates the hair growth and health, your scalp will always be in a better condition if you excersize ! Personally speaking I skip rope 250 times 3 days of a week to boost stamina but it also helps my hair condition alot better

We all want clear smoothe skin and a neat feeling of needing no foundation ! Right? Is'nt it supposed to be like that, but it does'nt happen because there are things you'r doing that are affecting your skin without you knowing it ! Here are 5 things to NOT to and take good care of your skin♕

                       Sleeping♡

If you'r sleeping on your chest, you're making a great mistake ! Skin and hair are very much affected by what you sleep on and how you sleep. When you sleep on your chest, which you can call sleeping on your face;  you are pressing against your face that causes the skin to be more prone to getting wrinkles ! The cotton's texture is rough against your sensitive skin so make sure you're using silk pillow covers.

Always try to sleep on your back, as we humanbeings are like a shapeable clay doll, this is proven by the tradition in China where footbinding ( binding the feet of a girl tightly when she's younger, which does'nt let them grow anymore ) Also, you might have heard of face yoga that daily excersizes which help shape your face. Similarly every night you are sleeping on your face, you'r creating the wrinkled texture.

Always use neat pillow covers ! When you'r hibernating and a face sleeper, you're allowing the bacteria to get in the skin while your skin tries to recover. So avoid dirty pillowcases and sleep on your back to prevent immature Skin aging !

                      Sweating ♡

Whatever reason, house chores or excersizing or being a workaholic, you should NEVER let your skin dry when it's sweaty. Sweat comes out when your skin pores are open, and the sweat that comes out on skin with makeup onn ? It basically blends with makeup, and when you're letting that dry out on it's own, the open skin pores are absorbing back the sweat along with the makeup product qualities on your face. Even when you have no makeup onn, any sort of dirt or bacteria on it could blend with your sweat and get absorbed back in !
Always wipe your sweat away with a tissue or hankie, and if you are'nt wearing makeup, take the advantage of your open pores and use a cleanser to wash your face perfectly. Also if you're a trainer who hits the gym, wear less makeup as you don't want that to get absorbed !

                          Facials

If you have enough time, go for facials that benefit you getting those dead skin cells removed. This is my experience; I went about a month without exfoliating my skin as I had acne growing on my skin which made it hurt to rub and exfoliate my skin. My skin turned out to become rough and very unhealthy looking. Once in a while always get those dead cells removed, get facials done and exfoliate but just sometimes.
