Reasons You get Acne & Treatments

HOW TO SOLVE
ACNEProblems
SkinCare
It's a dream to have beautiful face with glowing skin and not have an itch of acne! But how? It is'nt possible when theres loads of dirt in the atmosphere that your pores are welcoming with all their love. There are lots of reasons why you get acne so this is a guide to letting you know of them.
And a quick guide to the solutions before your acne gets serious

ACNEreasons
Watch Out! You might be constantly repeating these main reasons why you get Acne. Here they are!

Touching Your Face

It's a common cause. When you're touching your face, you're allowing all the dit that's on your hands to settle on your face. In your everyday life, you use public toilets touching their taps, and when you enter a shop, you rest your hands on the counter everyone else touches; when in a restaurant or Cafe, you normally rest your hands on the table that you know no history of. After all that, you touch your face. The fragile skin has no option other than letting that dirt rest upon it and eventually settle there until it gives you acne and breakouts.

Create a habit for yourself not to touch your face, and keep a sanitizer to yourself to keep away those germs & dirt.

Wash More Often

The most common reason you get Acne Prone is when you quit giving your skin even the least amount of care it deserves. Start washing your face atleast three times a day. If you have dry skin, two times is enough.
Everynight when you sleep, your skin lets out the oils and moisture of your skin. If you don't wash that away, it will all buildup each day that it will become a thick layer which will block the cleansing of your face.

Use a facewash that suits your skin type.
Make sure you don't use a facewash that dries your skin too much or makes it too oily, for that will make your skin worse.

Dehydration

When you don't hydrate yourself enough, your skin tends to find it's own moisture. That way your skin gets way more oily than it normally is supposed to be. Even if you wash away the oil with skin clarifying facewashes, it still comes back excessively only because you are'nt hydrating yourself enough.

Make sure you drink 9-12 glasses of water a day to keep your skin perfectly hydrated and moisturized

No Exfoliation

If you don't exfoliate your skin, you're inviting acne inn yourself. Exfoliating the skin is as important as closing the doors of your house to keep unwanted guests out. Your skin has day to day bacteria sit on it from all sorts of places, including your own hands. Exfoliating the skin will remove that dirt mask and the scrubbing will save your skin from bacteria creating holes in your skin.

Exfoliating the skin will clean away the daily dose of dirt. If you don't do that, your skin will collect that dirt until your skin has dits that will eventually turn into permenant  acne marks.

Direct Sunlight

Theres a reason why sunblock moisturizers were made. Staying out too long in the sun will dry your skin out, which is why your skin will eventually produce more oil. Also, too much exposure to the sun will make your skin produce more cells that will endup being 'Dead Cells'; this could lead your skin to breakout unimaginably!

Use a sunblock that suits your skin best everytime you're about to hit the humid outdoors! This will save your skin a goodtime.

Testing Products

Don't just try ANYTHING on your fragile skin! Make sure you know atleast some history of the product before you try it on your face. Check the ingredients of the facial creams or cosmetics to make sure you are'nt allergic to any one of them. Also, if you suddenly replace your regular product routine, your skin might react to it and breakout.

If you plan to change your regular product routine, give your skin a break of atleast two days from every product you use. After that you can change your products and your skin won't breakout to react.

Sweating

Don't just sweat and let it all dry on your skin. If you have makeup on and you sweat,  your pores are obviously open because of sweat so it also absorbs the makeup within. While you're letting that happen as it dries out itself, this will cause the worst kind of acne. Try staying in cool areas when you have makeup on!

In Summers, use lightweight makeup products; because we all know hot, humid weather can make you sweat! And you don't want your skin to absorb makeup!

Excersize

Just like the previous fact, if you excersize you'll obviously sweat loads! If you let it stay like that, you'll allow bacteria and dirt to enter your pores. This can make your skin Acne prone

Always shower immediately after an excersize routine!

Dirty Tools

This one's obvious! We'r the girls that barely leave the house without makeup. Applying makeup with brushes is an everyday thing; therefore the brushes get hella poisoned by loads of makeup application, and we're too damn lazy to wash them every other day! This one's a main cause for most of us lazy girls

Wash your makeup applicants (brushes/sponges) every 3rd time you use them!

Sleep On It

While you're sound asleep, relaxed; your skin is getting slayed by the dirty pillow cases you forgot to change. All the bacteria and dead skin cells can easily settle on your face that way. This kind of daily bacteria buildup will cause your skin Acne in notime

If not pillowcases, it could be the dirty night gown you wear every night, the towel you use to dry your face, or the napkin you use to tidy up! Make sure you regurlarly wash your laundry!

Quick Solutions

Lemon
The top on the list natural ingredient that fights acne. Lemon is an antibacterial natural acid that will also lighten your skin and fade acne scars.
Apply clear, all natural lemon juice until it dries out. Wash off after that

Honey
This is the most soothing ingredient to the skin. Honey has the qualities to disinfect your skin and fight bacteria that settled there, it will soothe acne irritation and redness and also moisturize your dull skin
Apply raw honey on your face to fight off the acne.

Icecubes
Ice reduces swelling and irritation that your acne is causing! It's a great way to use ice for a temporary heal,
by just applying it on the area occupied by acne for atleast 10 minutes.

Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is the mighty plant that has been used as medicine for years! It has antibacterial, antifungal and antiredness properties that will slowly heal your acne, while preventing the bacteria from growing back
Cut off a leaf of Aloe Vera Plant and apply the juice directly onto your skin or squeeze it out, for 15minutes of application

Egg Whites
An Eggwhite mask will lighten your scars and also close the pores of your skin while tightening them to keep your skin from getting acne prone. Whisk some eggwhites and apply that mask on your face. Once it dries, peel off or wash off.

Baking Soda
Baking Soda has the qualities to open your skin pores, which makes it easier to clean that dirty layer of your skin filled with bacteria and oil, while cleaning off those dead skin cells aswell.
Baking soda and water can be used together to create a thick paste and applied for 15minutes.

Turmeric Powder
Turmeric also has antibacterial properties to fight off the acne forming on your skin. It's also a natural skin lightener so it will fade those acne scars away.
A little amount of turmeric powder mixed with milk to create a paste can be applied for 15minutes. It's even more beneficial if you use turmeric with honey to apply as an anti acne mask.

Now You Know.
The reasons you've been getting Acne and how you can treat It.

Makeup Brushes & Their Purpose

Let's Talk About
 .MAKEUPBrushes.
Important Brushes and their Purpose

So there are many of you beginners out there that are looking out to buy new makeup products, but what's makeup without brushes? You can mess it up real bad if you dont have the right brushes. Yeah we have great brands selling us a whole bunch of the brush packs but they're too costly and you're just a beginner to buy those and still endup with the same clown face, wondering what brush is for what purpose and endup using them for the wrong reason.
So here I'll mention only the important brushes and each one's purpose,

The more you spend time reading this; The more money you'll save »»

.FACEBrushes.
Foundation

Stippling Brush

This is a brush that used to be highly over rated once it came out new! But now that we have beautyblenders and sponges; noone seems to remember this brush. This is a flawless finish foundation brush that can be used on the face, blending the foundation in a circular motion to get the right finish!

Flat Foundation Brush

Now this is a common one, who DOES'nt have this?! This is a normal foundation brush you can use, by applying the brush onto the amount of foundation you'v taken out, and just dab it onto the face while blending it downwards to get a smoothe coverage

Beautyblender/ Real Techniques Sponge

These are everyone's Inexpensive favorites! Beautyblender & Real Techniques miracle sponge, all you do is soak them in water and squeeze it out; it poofs into a bigger size. Dab them in your foundation and it'll absorb the right amount of foundation that you can apply right onto your face as these bouncy sponges give you that look

Kabuki Brush

Now these are the Best Brushes you can use for a powder foundation coverage, Kabuki brushes have large bristles and a shape that will get you the coverage

Highlight&Contour

Fan Brush

This is the Brush you see on most of those highlighting tutorials on instagram. This brush can also be used to remove fallen eyeshadow on the cheeks, but this shape will give you a sharp highlight ( Powder Highlighter )

Flat Contour Brush

This Brush can be used to Contour like Kim Kardashian! Using Cream Highlighter & Contour Pallete, you can draw those highlight & Contour lines on your cheekbones on the areas you want, however this brush can't be used to blend the contour lines you've drawn, But you can easily blend them with a sponge

Blush Brush
A Blush brush that has a pointy yet fluffy shape like in the picture will put all that highlighter right above your cheekbones, because this shape supports where you want your blush, so using it as a highlighter brush will help

Tapered Brush

A tapered brush can be a good option to apply your highlighter as it has a much more pointy shape yet fluffy bristles to support where you specifically want your highlighter, either cream or powder

Bronzer/Kabuki Brush
A Kabuki Brush OR a bronzer brush are both good applicants for Bronzer! They blend the bronzer till it gives you the bronzed/tan look. Their fluffy shape does the trick, can also be used for Powder foundation.

Concealer Brush

A Concealer Brush is basically a mini version of a foundation brush; because a foundation brush is too large to cover small areas that need to be concealed, we have this. You can use any brush that looks like a mini foundation brush to conceal your areas

Blush

Kabuki Brush
This brush can also be used for blush on as it will give you the natural look that it gives when used for bronzing, not using too much product as it's big enough to make a messy clown face

Blush brush
The exact brush for getting vibrant cheeks and blushy apples! This is the shape of a brush that is basically used for blushon

Angled Blush Brush

This brush is'nt really a blush brush but a good option if you want to cover the blushon just below your highlighted cheekbones

.EYEBrushes.

Eyeshadow Base Brush
The first step is to always create an eyeshadow base when it comes to eye makeup, so these are the basic brushes to create a base by just tapping it into the product and then right onto the eyes, just tapping! Not blending

Crease Blending/ Fluffy Brush
To Create a Crease you can use these sort of blending brushes that are pointy shaped but not sharp at all, and very fluffy! These brushes can be used to create a crease by just blending it where you want it

Blending Brush
The first three brushes are like those that I mentioned above, that can also be used for crease; but the last two won't be able to do that as they're ONLY good for blending. These two types of brushes are great blenders but I would still suggest the shape of the first three, as they're good for both blending and crease.

For Cat Eyeshadow
Angled Brush

To create a sharp cat eye look, this is the brush you'll need. It's also a great brush for winged eyeliner and eyebrows! But for Cat eyes you can simply apply the product with this brush at the end of your cat eye makeup to create a sharp Cat eye!

For CutCrease Eyeshadow
Pencil Brush

For a 'Cut Crease' Eye makeup look, you would probably be confused what brushes to use for a neat look! This Pencil brush can be used to create the crease only where you want it without messing that Cut, as this brush has a shape that supports where you want your product

To fill In the eyelid you can simply use a base brush just by tapping the product into your eye as you need not blend it

For Glitter Eyeshadow
Applicator Brush
We often get confused about how to apply glittery eyeshadows, But if you have powder Glitter you might need to use this brush. As it catches the product easily and you can apply it by just tapping it onn.

EyeBrow Brush
This is a combination of two important eyebrow Brushes, usually we get them seperately but it would be easier to just get this one!
The brush on the bottom can be used to fill in your brows and create the shape you want very neatly, whereas the brush on top is used to blend the product into your eyebrows and comb them into the shape with a gel or mascara

Eyeliner Brush

For Gel eyeliners & Liquid eyeliners that don't come with good brushes, this is the brush you need!

Smudge Brush

To create a sexy mess below your lashline by smudging some kohl or eyeshadow, this brush is exactly for that!

Lip Brush
Lipsticks have a shape too big to cover that lipline neatly, so Use a lip Brush for a neat Lippy look

Have fun finding the Brushes you need and saving money from buying unnecessary Brushes!

Your Eyeshape and It's Makeup

                        ❅❅❅❅❅
               Eyeshapes&Makeup
Your Eyeshape and it's Suitable Makeup

So it's hard to findout what shape your eye really is and what type of colours and styles of makeup would be suitable for you. So let's make it easier for you guys! Going on the shapes of eyes first, and then finding out your shape. After that, we'll get to the part of Eyemakeup styles that are suitable for a certain shape. Then, we'll get to what colours will do the trick! So let's get to it ➡

                     eyeshapes and types

Protruding Eyes

Protruding is termed as bulged eyes, in other words eyes that are large. These eyes will have lids that can be seen, although they're large but the lids will not be hidden and rather be able to be seen even when the eyes are wide open. The eyes seem to be bulging out, and the eyeballs are visible with their eyeball shape, the effect looks swollen which is why these eyes are largely beautiful.

Deep Set Eyes

Now these eyes are large, but different from protruding eyes. You can tell the difference as Deep Set eyes have a lid half seen and half hidden because of their largeness, the difference is that you cannot see their eyeball shape as these eyes are'nt bulging out like Protruding eyes, but the eyeballs of these eyes look flat as they are very much inside the eye hole. The eyelid is barely seen and the brow bone is more visible. You certainly have Deepset eyes when you have to close them to apply your eyeliner

Almond Eyes

When you look at an almond, you see how balanced the shape is. Not too big, not too small. The shape is abit round with a little length as well, these eyes are shaped just like almonds! Almond eyes can be easly to apply makeup on following the shape

Monolid Eyes

These eyes are deep but not large, the lid of these eyes is hard to be seen whether the eyes are open or not. These eyes barely have a crease to draw on and it can be hard to apply makeup following the shape. The advantage of these eyes is that ANY look can be created on them! Drawing the crease, creating a lasheline below the original, these eyes are fun to create new looks with

Hooded Eyes

These eyes are neither too big nor too small, you can tell if you have these eyes by seeing the eyelid to flat as it falls on to the upper lashline. The lid of these eyes is quite puffed and the eyes look deep. Hooded eyes can be seen on specific people

Down Turned Eyes

These eyes look as if they're going in a downward direction. The ends of these eyes will be below the corner of the eyes (starting from tearduct) , they might be any shape mentioned above but rather in a downward position. They are quite similar to hooded eyes

Upturned Eyes

The bottom lashline of these eyes will be going in an upward direction, like it is being pulled upwards. These eyes are naturally Cat Eye shaped. They might be of any shape mentioned above but directing an upwards curve.

Close Set Eyes

You might carry any shape mentioned above but if the eyes are close to eachother or very close to your nose then you have close set eyes.

Wide Set Eyes

Opposite of Close Set Eyes, if your eyes are far apart from eachother and theres a large gap between them, they're far from your nose. That means you have Wide Set eyes, they can be any shape but rather far.

Now that you know what shape and type your eyes are, let's get to suitable makeup styles
 makeup styles for you

Eyeshapes and what makeup styles would be suitable for them ➯

Protruding Eyes
 Eyeliners for You

Because of how large your eyes already are, you can try ANY eyeliner look! But specially using thick eyeliner will make your look more defined and beautiful. Create a long ending wing of your eyeliner as protruding eyes look even gorgeous when the length is extended. Also, as these eyes are large adding black eyepencil in both the lashlines and smudged eyeliner ( second picture ) pulls off a really catchy look for protruding eyes!

 Eyeshadows for You
Protruding eyes can pull off any eyeshadow look! But they look the best with 'Cut Crease Eyeshadow' ( second picture ) That is because as these eyes have their lid very much shown, it suits the shape. Protruding eyes rock dark smokey looks, and also matte eyeshadow crease with a simple eyeliner; looks really gorgeous

Deep Set Eyes
 Eyeliners for You
Notice that celebrities with Deep set eyes like 'Megan Fox' and 'Angelina Jolie', would rarely wear thick eyeliner. That is because deep set eyes have a lid that can't easily be seen, avoid thick eyeliner as it will just further make the eye look tiny.
However, start your eyeliner from the middle and further extend the wing. Deep set eyes are more beautiful that way

 Eyeshadows for You

Deep set eyes can rock dark crease looks ! A shimmery eyeshadow would enhance the details. Adding light coloured eyeshadow on the corner of your eyes will enhance the shape's beauty. Deep set eyes can rock smokey looks really well, but make sure the corners start with light shadows so your eyes don't look squinched! Avoid full black smokey eyes

Almond Eyes
 Eyeliners for You
Almond eyes are amazing to try arabic eyeliner on! As your eyes are round and have width at the same time, and also the lid is pretty prominent; so full Arabic eyeliner from top to bottom would suit the shape very well. Almond eyes can rock even a simple eyeliner look as they're already round and beautiful. Winged eyeliner would also be great! These eyes can basically rock any eyeliner look

 Eyeshadows for You
As the lid of Almond eyes are'nt hidden by the eye's depth, almond eyed people can try 'Cut Crease' looks. These would look beautiful as the shape suits the creativity to be seen. Almond eyes can also look beautiful in dark colours! They can basically pickup any look but Cut crease would look brilliant

Monolid Eyes
 Eyeliners for You

Monolid eyes can follow the shape of their eye when applying eyeliner whilst making sure the eyeliner's wing is stretched in order to make the eye look bigger. Monolids can have fun playing with long winged eyeliner styles as their lid's are'nt giving them a limit and they get to choose where to create their crease. Thick or thin, just make sure the eyeliner wing is long

 Eyeshadows for You
Like mentioned above, Monolid eyes can create ANY look! This is because they get to create their own crease which will look like a lid starting, monolids can turn their eyes into any shape as their natural eyeshape allows them to. Other than that, if you want to follow your own shape just do so. These eyes can rock any look! But make sure you don't go for full dark eyes as that will make them look really small!

Hooded Eyes
 Eyeliners for You

Hooded eyes have puffy lids so the brow bone falls onto them, so simple eyeliner would look gorgeous. If you're going for winged eyeliner; try making a small wing
That is because a long wing would make the eye's shape look unbalanced as it's hooded already. Hooded eyes look amazingly sexy when applied black eyeliner in the waterline and beneath the lashline! See how Jennifer Lawrence wears it in the first two pictures on her hooded eyes

 Eyeshadows for You
Hooded eyes can make their eyes look abit extended by wearing light eyeshadows in the corners of the eyes. Brown shades and dark shades can be applied following the natural shape of the eye, or making a 'Cat Eye' shape; making sure it starts from the mid; Incase If your eyes are small they don't look tiny! Wearing dark shades on the bottom of lashline creates a bold chic look for hooded eyes!

Down Turned Eyes
 Eyeliners for You
Notice that most celebrities with downturned eyes never do the stretched Wing Eyeliner, because of the eye shape the eyeliner might look unbalanced and rather not winged.
For eyes like these you can try a straight stretched eyeliner ( 3rd Picture ) This look matches the shape of your eye that rocks it! If you apply white eyeliner on the bottom lashline, it will give an instant lift to your eye. Downturned eyes look amazing when given a bold look like in the first two pictures, lining the waterline black and outlining it from the bottom till the very end

 Eyeshadows for You

See how Avril Lavigne rocks the look with smudge eyeliner and dark smokey eyes? That is a  gorgeous choice. Downward eyes might not really be suited with a wing but surely dark and smokey colours will do that bold beauty eye.

Upturned Eyes
 Eyeliners for You
These eyes are the perfect shape for long winged eyeliner. The easiest way to get the sexiest look is to follow the shape of your eye. Either you wear thick liner, thin liner, simple or winged liner, anything suits!

 Eyeshadows for You

These are the ideal eyes for 'Cat Eye Makeup' and 'Arabian Eyes' makeup. Light Colours or dark colours, anything suits. But also look at the fact if your eyes are wide set or close set, that should be the only limit to prevent any sort of unsuitable makeup; explained below!

Close Set Eyes
 Eyeliners for You

As you can see, Nancy Ajram has close set eyes. Eventhough she's Arabian; she never extends her eyeliner any further from her eye's corners like most Arabian looks do; as this will mess the beauty of the look and the eyes will look too close. Apply your eyeliner anyhow but keep it off the corners of your eyes

 Eyeshadows for You

Any look suits! Either it's dark smokey eye or simple nude eyeshadow. Just make sure the corners of your eyes have light eyeshadow on them so the eyes look far from eachother. With the ends of your eyes you can play however you want! Try 'Cut Crease' eyeshadow for a more gorgeous look, or 'Cat Eye' extending the shadows just like in the picture.

Wide Set Eyes
 Eyeliners for You
These eyes have no limits to makeup styles as they can try on any eyeliner look, that is because there is much space to play around on. Wide eyes can rock a simple eyeliner look, anyhow if you want your eyes to look abit closer, wear black or dark eyeliner on the corners of your eyes and further extend it.

 Eyeshadows for You
From Nudes to Browns to Dark, Wide set eyes don't carry a limit. Although you might want to look at the shape of your eyes to see what you should keep at limit.
